9.33 Bathroom tap was leaking, sink plunger at the back to enable sink plug to pluge, new toilet seat

At first " Scott " was unable to help due to vehicle repairs etc , however knowing this time of year & how difficult it was to obtain services ( Xmas) - Scott contacted me " out of the blue " - & offered his services , - as soon as he was here he went to task , proficiently fixing the above services, all he required from me was photos for a replacement toilet seat , which he replaced with a far superior seat. He was polite & courteous & kept talking to a minimum, the work was done & completed in probably less than 20 minutes! - This is the second time I have used Scott's services ☆☆☆☆☆Job location: EX4
