  Unhelpful and ignored messages after faulty work

  The initial work was carried out in a timely professional manner, however when the part that was fitted became faulty within weeks of installation the issues began. Despite explaining I was heavily pregnant, then had an emergency c section and needed our downstairs toilet repaired as soon as possible, the contractor scheduled to come round twice, didn’t show up either time and is now ignoring my messages regarding rectifying the situation despite being given ample time to respond professionally.
