  Edmond communicated well in the lead up to the job, he also came to inspect the existing flooring beforehand to ensure he could do the job. He was punctual each day and finished the kitchen and two small landings in 3 days (including removal of existing floor/subfloor. The finish at the end was clean and Edmond managed to work around some uneven parts of the floor to best of his ability. Overall a good experience, albeit some extra costs were incurred in the end.
