  Blocked toilet

  Came out in just over an hour and did sort the problem very quickly, but they charged me £350 for 5 mins work, they did explain that this was a standard charge, I felt I had no option but to pay it as I needed the toilet fixing, but £350 for 5 mins work feels totally unfair

  Oven clean

  E&J showed prompt and clear communication and were very reliable. They did an excellent job of cleaning my very neglected oven. I will definitely use them again.
