  The quality of his work exceeded all expectations. From the very first contact, right through to the final communication, he was an absolute gentleman. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and every aspect of the full roof replacement was fully outlined in the initial quote, so there were no surprises. James gave realistic timescales and stuck to them exactly, which was greatly appreciated.
