  Had no heating and no hot water, boiler wouldn’t fire up, had plenty of gas.

  Andy called within 5 minutes of me posting the job and talked me through how to get the boiler to relight! He did it all over the phone and now I have heating and hot water! I would 100% recommend to everyone!
