  Arrived on time and resolved the problems on the same day. In the bathroom,parts on the window had failed and wouldn't allow it to close fully,the opposite side window handle was replaced at the same time,which I asked for because I had noticed it was also starting to show signs of wear and tear. Polite and professional,and was also able to fix a problem on the same visit with a porch door that kept getting stuck. Work areas were left tidy and the bill payment process was easy with a receipt sent to email on completion.
