  Great service and lots of helpful advice - cannot recommend enough!

  I moved into a house with a wood burner. Dave responded quickly to my request for an appointment and arrived at the time agreed. Dave did an initial sweep which indicated that the chimney had not been cleaned for many years. He used a camera to identify a blockage ( probably caused by wet wood being burnt). He then used different brushes and successfully cleared the chimney ( without damaging the liner). Throughout the process he exlplained each step very clearly. He game me great advice for ongoing use, maintenance and safety of the wood burner in the future
