  Broken detergent dispenser on washing machine

  They fixed an issue with a washing machine detergent drawer which was jammed. They called for a description of the issue and ordered the replacement part as I knew exactly what I had broken. When they received the part , they called to arrange to come next day to fit it , arrived on time and fixed the washing machine quickly and efficiently. Very happy with contact and service received from Richardson's
