  Loft hatch replacement

  We needed a new loft ladder. John was very prompt in contacting us, and coming over to price up the job. He was friendly and courteous, and explained the various options very clearly. The job was done neatly and in good time by John and his colleague, Lee. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and the price was competitive. Thank you, John!
