  After closer inspection, we realised that the contractor had cut the vinyl short in several places, had tried to fill it in with oak coloured sealant (and got that all over the skirting boards). They also left a gap in the plywood flooring they were asked to lay under the vinyl so that after time there's a good chance the vinyl on top would tear. The boxing in was cut unevenly in several areas and not really to the standard expected from someone better than a DIY-er. When we complained, they ordered replacement vinyl and arranged for someone else to fit it.

  Boxing in pipes, laying bathroom flooring

  CPT Home Improvement were reliable, trustworthy and punctual. They answered messages promptly and courteously. The quote was fair and there were no hidden costs. The work was completed to a very good standard and our bathroom looks lovely. We'd happily hire this business again and recommend to others.
