  Replace toilet syphon

  Disgusting aftercare who left us with a leak getting progressively worse because they didn’t want to come out over the weekend. After mucking us about when they actually came and repaired their botch job the left the rubbish from the job all over the floor after they had to be left in the property alone as it took so long after they lied they had all the parts.

  Changed the syphon on the toilet cistern.

  All was good until a leak started after the job was completed. Refused to come out over the weekend leaving us with a leak getting progressively worse then made an appointment to come out on the Monday evening and then didn’t show and when phoned just sent someone who wasn’t able to do the work as they just worked in the office. Came back at 6 am and said they would only take 30 mins but showed up without the parts needed. Had to leave them alone in the house as had to leave for work and when we got home the rubbish was left all over the floor.
