  They’ve been fast and quite punishing for an appointment. It needed to be secured by paying the deposit. On that day I agreed to have a on site survey for some other jobs, the guy took pictures but nobody get back to me, even after chasing by email 3/4 times. Had to pay into the guy bank account for the parking ticket which nobody had mentioned before. He said it’s a big company and someone would have get back to me with a quote. Not sure why it’s so complicated.

  Stairs cladding, floor fitting

  Very disappointing experience. The work on the stairs and flooring was supposed to take 3 days but dragged on for nearly 3 weeks. The job has been left unfinished, with very poor cutting and imprecise finishing throughout. The staircase is completely stained because the oil was applied incorrectly, leaving an uneven and patchy result. I was assured he would return to fix any issues, but he has completely ignored my messages. Lack of professionalism, poor quality work, and no accountability. I would not recommend.
