  No nonsense, highly skilled engineer.

  As an electronic/firmware design engineer, Barry from BMC impressed me both on the phone and on site with his knowledge of his field and explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem that had begun to occur with the poor reception of certain channels/muxes. He quickly identified and corrected a number of issues without having to replace the aerial, masthead amp or amp power supply. He made a recommendation about replacing the amplifier but suggested we see how the changes worked before continuing. Should we require a replacement, I won't hesitate to call him to do the work.
