  BEWARE!!!

  Tom 'The Painter' took 40% (£5500) off me for a whole house renovation. He proceded to do minimal work, and then left me high and dry. Mr. Ashton painted two freshly plastered kids bedrooms, representing about 5-7% of the total work. After that, he only came back to ask for more money, claiming that he had paid for materials for the whole house renovation up front. He spent just a few days total on the job over the course of five weeks, always promising to be back to finish the rest. Stupidly, I gave him the £££ he requested. I'm taking him to court.
