  UPVC window repair-excellent, skilled tradesman

  I had an old UPVC window lock shaft that broke, supplier said it was discontinued. Ihor accepted the quote whilst every other window specialist declined. I watched him MacGyver existing pieces into new ones to fit. This is quality craftsmanship and work here. He doesn't just reject jobs that are challenging, he goes and finds a way when stuck. I asked him and it's because they work on these discontinued versions in Ukraine where he's from, and I think local tradesmen simply don't anymore. Very polite, excellent at communicating, not very good at selling himself, but a skilled, class act!
