  Needed a large piece of astroturf removed, plus the sand and rubble underneath. I gave Sam the measurements and the depth of the sand underneath the bits i could roll back. We agreed me a price and a time. But I'd forgotten to tell him there are ten steps up to my house, and ten more up to the garden out the back! And then when they arrived, we discovered that in places there were five-six inches of sand to dig up! I suggested we re-negotiate the price, but Sam insisted on doing it all for the agreed price. They did an amazing job, courteously and efficiently.100 percent recommend.
