  Walls, ceilings, window seals were filled and sanded ready to paint. Once on the job, completed several electrical works: changing fittings for down lighters; changing pull down light switch, changing extractor fan; renewing all light bulbs and cooker hob lighting. Putting up coat hooks and refitting the panels at the back of a wadrobe.

  Stress free helpful quote and then started soon after. Stripped back and filled the whole flat and then decorated it with pace, giving updates along the way. Would recommend if you are in a rush or your existing quote is going nowhere.

  Bathroom and kitchen plumbing issues

  Llew came same day and resolved all three plumbing issues before he left. Was polite and tidy, and communicated well for when he would arrive and for what needed doing. Would definitely use again, especially being a busy landlord.
