  Better for smaller jobs

  The 5 jobs were done as expected within 3 days (as agreed), however his work ethic such as punctuality and ability to clear up the space was lacking. Working hours (10am-3pm). He was meant to come by to get rid of remaining rubbish (agreed on Friday but after paying him on Sunday) - he still hasn't turned up (Tues). We also requested to install an outdoor tap which was sub-contracted to a plumber which he paid before the job was done. The plumber turned up on the 4th day. We had to change our plans for this plumber and could not cancel the job (although we haven't paid the remainder yet).
