Ricky arrived on time to replace my consumer unit. He was very thorough, testing and identifying all the circuits before installing the new unit. Post-installation, the circuits were all tested and labelled. The certification docs were later provided via email. Ricky is a nice, polite guy, and I would be happy to use his services again.Job location: TW18
