  Replacement of faulty fill valve in concealed cistern

  Excellent. Phil from PTH contacted me within 10 minutes of posting the job and a couple of his workmen were able to call an hour or so later. They assessed the work, quoted me a price that I was happy with, completed the job with no fuss, and cleared up after themselves so you wouldn't know that they had been. The replacement turned out to be easier than they had anticipated (access to the cistern was more straightforward than expected) so they charged me less than the original quotation.
