  our patio door was not locking. The lock needed to be moved down a bit to allow it to work.

  We have used Positive Locksmiths before and we had no hesitation in using Ali again. He was easy to contact, he then updated us perfectly as to his time of arrival, which was the day we made contact. His expertise and enthusiasm for what he was doing shone through.
