  Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish. From initial contact to completion, Westley and Leonard were polite, hard working and thoroughly professional. Very impressed with their work ethic. You can tell when someone really cares about what they are doing and has pride of purpose in their job. Respect, guys. Delighted with our new roof - and with the additional work (roof insulation, chimney removal, and what turned out to be a very challenging rebuild to rectify a box valley that had been botched by previous builders). As work progressed, we were consulted at key decision points where additional work was identified. Trust is so important in these situations and Westley and Leonard gained ours with clear, honest advice and explanations about what was required and why, with costs and options properly explained up front. Thanks Westley and Leonard. It was a pleasure to have you complete the work for us and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Roof Shield.
