  I had high hopes for Liam as he seemed like a good guy, but unfortunately he proved unreliable and let me down. Around 90% of the agreed work was completed to a good standard, but the remainder lacked care and attention to detail, resulting in delays and return visits. The remaining agreed work, along with the additional paid-for extras, was never completed. The property was also left covered in sawdust and wood offcuts, leaving me to spend over three hours cleaning up while other trades were delayed. Overall, I was disappointed with both the attention to detail and reliability.

  Unreliable and many excuses in regards to the job. We agreed a scope which he then changed to feathering even though I have evidence he agreed to full skim. I had to get police involved as he took a key once I kicked him off site and he threatened to “take a hammer to it.” He later apologised via email and took accountability for losing his head but I wouldn’t recommend.
