  Replacing a broken lock and handles on a sliding wooden patio door

  Dan did a first-rate job from start to finish. He responded quickly by phone, reviewed my photos of the lock that needed to be replaced, gave a clear timescale, and a full quote. He communicated regularly about when he could be at our house to do the work, arrived on time and had everything needed to complete it quickly. He was very informative and gave us great advice. And he left us spare replacement parts if ever needed in future (plus free keyrings!). He is very friendly and thoroughly professional. I will use him for any similar work.
