  Cabling in the house + to garden office (for WiFi + alarm cable)

  Really good experience working with David. Communication was fantastic, helped me work out the best & least intrusive way to set up whole-house WiFi mesh network (which is now working perfectly with good speeds throughout), alarm cable for my Banham alarm system and also went the extra mile to drill a cable run to put connectivity devices into a cupboard which was not in the original spec (but we decided once it was set up). He was flexible with dates around my requirements given I was getting new carpets fitted and needed some of the work done before that point.

  New valleys + replace section of slate roof

  Quoted initially to replace the 2x valleys where some of the lead was cracked. On closer inspection it was clear a section of the slate roof needed replacing (poor workmanship of prior contractor 10+ years ago, with no battens, slate tiles hammered directly into the rafters with no slate hooks etc). Paul gave me clear advice, so while this was unwelcome news/extra cost, I felt confident this work was all genuinely necessary and money well spent for the long-term. Paul and his team worked quickly and efficiently got the job done in 2-3 days. Satisfied customer.
