  Excellent communication. Originally booked for the Wednesday but Luke contacted me well in advance to let me know it was not possible that day. Immediately arranged for the next day and agreed to a very early morning appointment to accommodate me. At the last minute agreed to take away the cardboard as well. Very reasonable price.
