From the initial quote onwards, their communication was excellent; they delivered a fantastic result and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process. I believe you can tell a lot about a company by how they handle things when they go wrong. Through no fault of their own, a couple of cupboards arrived damaged, but the team handled it brilliantly—replacing them promptly and keeping us constantly updated on the progress. The new kitchen is everything we hoped for and looks amazing.
