I was very impressed with the quick response I had from Duane and the quote was great. I hired Duane to put rails and spindles and a safety gate at the bottom of my staircase to prevent my little dog from going up stairs he also fitted me two new doors upstairs and built me a new front gate everything went great and looked great, Now 7 weeks later I have a problem with his work and he has ignored my messages and when I rang him he said he was on holiday and will be back in a few days and will come to me emmediately on return and he has’nt acknowledged at all and that was three weeks ago.Job location: NG19
