  Roof repairs to ridge tiles and porch tiles

  They said on the phone they had a scaffold which meant the price was competitive at £650 as opposed to other quotes which were double to allow for hiring scaffolding. When they arrived they had ladders and no scaffolding. They took a video of the roof and tried to pressure my partner into getting the whole roof repaired for £8k on the spot. Obviously we weren’t prepared to do such a thing and said so. They then carried out the £650 repairs which looks good.

  Expert window cleaning at a great price

  Property Mark cleaned my windows yesterday and I was very happy with the service. They did a professional clean at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them to any other person needing window cleaning. They arrived promptly and communication was excellent.
