  Remove and replace hot water heater

  Clive initially came out to replace a seized gate valve. Whilst he was here, we discussed the ancient water heater in the flat, which he examined. The ballcock valve was not working and he said the tank would be full of limescale. I requested a quote to replace with an instant water heater as had considered getting it replaced. Clive gave me a rough idea of the price and later quoted via checkatrade. I accepted this and he said he could do it the next day. It was quite a big job to remove and replace the tank with a Ferroli water heater but Clive has done a lovely job and it's working rea
