  When we install the hives there left a gap, so bogden was to fill this gab

  I booked him to cover the gap in the kitchen and a few others — it was a very small job. He gave me a price and I agreed, but I had to ask him to finish it properly with silicone. He then demanded payment that same day even though the job wasn’t finished, and I still needed him to come back and do more work over the next few days.

  To install the vanity with basin and tap

  He’s nice guy but he didn’t secure the vanity units to the wall and when iasked him he said there was The sealant is securing the basin to the wall. I did not use screws because your pipework comes out from the wall, and there is a high risk of accidentally drilling or screwing into a pipe behind the wall. That could turn into a much bigger repair job. For safety, I sealed the basin instead. The sealant needs around 24 hours to dry and fully cure, so please avoid putting pressure on the basin during that time. we don’t have the pressure on the tap as we had before and he blamed it on the tap
