  Extremely thorough professional, and we are very satisfied with the final result. We replaced the treads of a low-quality staircase with several structural issues, all of which were properly identified and addressed first to ensure the staircase was safe and solid before cosmetic work began. They made all treads and the landing from European oak in a joinery shop, then completed the machining and fitting on site. Flexible, accommodating, and very understanding when we changed our minds on the stain. We would definitely recommend them. Craftsmanship was excellent throughout.
