  Fred was amazing! Despite unexpected extra work needing doing he worked hard to ensure the additional work was carried out before he went on holiday, which he didn’t have to do. He was upfront and honest about the additional charges, and was reliable. I’ll be sure to have Fred back for other home improvements!
