  A well deserved 10

  Jake managed a lot of P-words: prompt response (within 2 hours of my listing on Checkatrade), prompt visit (next day), personable, polite and very professional. The draft EPC arrived by email only 4 hours after Jake's visit. Although my selection of Jake was based on past reviews rather than price, his charge was very reasonable and well below some of the alternative quotes I obtained via Checkatrade.
