5 Review update - total rush job on installation of door hardware

Adding to previous review as opportunity given over last 1.5 months to fix this but he has never returned. On closer inspection the majority of screws used for the door knobs are the wrong size/type/colour and not even screwed in flush but sitting sticking out at all angles. The door knob on one door fell off revealing splintered wood behind it from the wrong screw being forced into the door. He was rushing to finish this job and it shows in the execution of attaching every single doorknob. If he didn’t have the right screws I’d rather he said and left it than force the wrong ones in.Job location: M20
