  I cannot recommend Joel Mancini highly enough. From the very beginning, he was patient, professional and genuinely listened to exactly what I wanted. He took the time to make sure I was completely happy with every stage of the project, even happily adjusting the height of a step when I asked. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and I never felt rushed or that I was being difficult. The finished steps are beautifully built, incredibly sturdy and have transformed access to my studio.   I have submitted this before, but a follow up, there was something I had a query in, and they came back and sorted it very quickly. Time will tell if their paint repair will hold or whether they could have used Zinsser.
