  Poor clean and a troubling response to complaint

  Booked an end-of-tenancy clean (£370). The work was well below professional standard — cobwebs, food debris, dust, an unclean appliance and marks throughout. The company acknowledged areas fell short but refused to re-clean, citing a 24-hour rule never disclosed at booking, and offered only a partial payment. My bank later resolved the dispute in my favour. Of particular concern: in its submission to the bank it claimed it had offered to re-clean, directly contradicting its own email refusing exactly that. Cannot recommend.
