  The two workers from R&B Garden Services were very polite, smiley, and professional throughout the job. They worked hard despite the very hot weather and I appreciated that they still came and completed the work. There was a bit of confusion around timing as they arrived at 9am despite us previously discussing 1/2pm, but overall they behaved professionally and were friendly to deal with.

  Punctual, polite, and responsive

  The team were punctual, responsive, and very polite throughout. Communication was good and they were quick to come back and address the issue. While the initial repair didn’t fully resolve the crack, they returned promptly to apply an additional layer of plaster. Overall, a positive experience in terms of professionalism and reliability.
