  Sam reached out straight away. He happened to be a few streets away finishing another job, so he was with me in under 30 minutes. He gave me a quote and got started. The job turned out more complex than expected, and he had to run out for parts twice, neither time was an issue. He ended up spending far more time on it than planned but was determined to finish it the same day, and refused to charge us extra for the additional time. Relieved to have found Sam and to know I can rely on him in the future!
