  Felix was very professional. He showed drone camera images on his phone and gave me an estimate. His close-up inspection showed further work was required, and he provided me with a fully itemised quote by email. He waited while another firm quoted, and when I asked him to do the work he ordered the scaffolding straight away and was ready to start as soon as it was erected. He and his team worked well to get the work done quickly for me, and he went above and beyond by removing a chimney pot and sealing the stack when I asked him. Everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely use again.
