  Confirmed works a week before. Arrived on time on Monday AM. Completed all removal and prep works on Monday. Tidied up and worked safely. Used cones and signs on road outside property. Kept me fully informed throughout. Tuesday works complete and area tidied fully, completed works to high standard. Gradients had to be adapted as found gas service which wasn’t identified. GMGB handled this well and still managed to get space in and manage my expectation. Happy with our come.
