  quote included the new part and explained why a replacement and not repair

  after sending pictures the job was accurately diagnosed. trade person arrived on time after contacting me with a new tap which was fitted in quick time. i as given advice about the pressure for the kitchen tap. yes I would use this service again very pleasant and got on with the job.
