  Shower screen disaster

  The shower screen was installed uneven despite the bathtub being level, the installer didn’t follow the manual properly. The silicone refit was messy, with uneven lines and marks, and silicone was left on the floor, sink, bathtub, and even the new glass screen. Of the agreed tasks, only two were completed, as they claimed they couldn’t access the bathtub locking mechanism, yet still charged the full amount. They did return later to adjust the screen, but I had to explain the levelling process from the manual myself. Overall very stressful experience!
