  Deep clean.

  The areas cleaned were generally to a good standard but they were in a rush, badly damaged the floor by moving the furniture in a rush, forgot to clean one of the rooms quoted for until I reminded them having already rushed to pack up the car and so only vacuumed in that room. They didn’t end up wiping out the freezer. Communication when arranging the job was rather delayed although I know there were personal circumstances going on. Overall it just seemed like they were in a rush which is a shame as most of the work was very good.
