James came out same day (bank holiday,) at short notice,was extremely thorough, checking areas, laying bait etc. Explained what he was doing, where issues might be. How to resolve it, where source and nest was. How to prevent further issues, provided a detailed report.Was extremely punctual, returned on several occasions when he said he would.
