  He called ahead to let me know exactly what time he’d be arriving, which I really appreciated. He was polite, friendly, and very professional from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, talked me through the different options, and made sure I understood everything before he started. The job itself was done to a really high standard. Once the ladders were fitted, he gave me a full demonstration, showed me how to use them safely, and made sure I felt confident before he left. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend him to others.

  Replacement of taps in Kitchen and bathroom and reseal of bath.

  Arrived on time and was polite and friendly throughout. The work was completed to a high standard and carried out professionally, with everything clearly explained in advance. All areas were left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
