  NorthWest Construction and Maintenance provided the most efficient advice on how to solve our porch leaks. They identified undetected issues quickly which others missed, they are very reasonably priced and very thorough and honest. I strongly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

  I found Lavdosh Builders work was very professional and of a very high standard. They work very thoroughly and provided honest and helpful advice concerning the issues with our front porch where rain was leaking in. It instilled confidence that they are experts in the building trade and they offer a vast range of services from lofts to interior and exterior home renovations, painting and decorating and so much more and they are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Lavdosh Builders to everyone, you won't be disappointed and I will definitely use them again in the future.
