Came to carry out a boiler service. We’d had issues with it making a noise. They came out, did what they needed to do and left…20mins or so in all. Couple of weeks later the same noise came back. This company told us the pump needed replacing and with labour would cost £320. Cost isn’t the issue but coming out twice is twice the labour cost, should have just told us during the service, if it had been done properly.Job location: B1
