  I needed a single spoke replaced on my staircase and was assured by this company they would install an exact match. The joiner installed one nothing like it and didn’t even cut it level with the other spokes. They at least offered a discount but at the end of the day I’m going to need to pay someone else to do it. They only communicated after they had done the works and left my property that they couldn’t source the same one.
